2008 ~ 2009 Accommodation Rates

Low Season	Nightly  $500.00	Weekly $3150.00
Mid Season	Nightly $600.00	Weekly $3780.00
Peak Season	Nightly $700.00	Weekly $4410.00

Peak Season ~ June 1 to September 15 (four night minimum stay)

Mid Season ~ March 1 to June 1, September 16 to October 31, plus Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter Weekend (three night minimum stay in mid season and long weekends).

Low Season ~ November 1 to December 21, January 5 to February 28 (two night minimum stay)

Guest House rental rates are based on four guests, there is an additional $25 per person/night for additional guest.

No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted on decks, gardens and beaches.

A $500.00 Canadian security deposit is required.

A $150.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay.  For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning fee may be required.

All rates are quoted in Canadian currency, and are subject to applicable taxes (5% GST), which is refundable to non - Canadian residents upon application by mail.

CANCELLATION and DEPOSITS

50% of your total fees are due at reservation.

Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel 45 days prior to your reservation, full refund will be issued, less a $100 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will loose your deposit and balance.

No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
