Peak Season ~ June 1 to September 15    (three night minimum stay)    

Mid Season ~ March 1 to June 1, September 16 - October 31, plus Christmas and New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter Weekend (three nights minimum stay)

Low Season ~ November 1 to December 21, January 5 - February 28

(two night minimum stay)


CANCELLATION and DEPOSITS

50% of your total fees are due at reservation.

Your balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

If you cancel 45 days prior to your reservation, full refund will be issued, less a $100 administration fee.

If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will lose your deposit and balance.

No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.



HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES


1. Check in: 5:00pm; check out: 11:00 am.  NO early check in without     prior consent.

 2. This is a NON smoking facility.  Smoking permitted outside only. Use butt buckets. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your account above regular cleaning fees.

 3. NO pets.

 4. NO rental to Renters under age 25.

 5. $500.00 minimum damage deposit required, held with credit card until inspection of facility is completed at checkout.

 6  All debris, garbage, recycling, composting must be placed in appropriate containers.

 7.  Diapers must be removed from the house daily and put in landfill container.

 8.  Load and activate the dishwasher on departure day.

 9. All keys returned (left in lock box) or on table.

10. The maximum number of guests sleeping in the house = 10 for overnight stays.    

11. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

12. Parking is limited to Renter and Renter’s guests for the duration of the rental.

13. Sooke Ocean Resort has a grounds keeper.  Please be advised that someone will be on the Property most of the time during your stay.

14. Certain house rules will be delivered verbally upon check in during a tour of the  Property. We expect adult common sense to be exercised in all situations.

15. *A $200.00 Canadian cleaning fee is due at the end of your stay.  For stays longer than one week, an additional cleaning fee may be required. 

16. No stiletto style spiked heal shoes to be worn inside the house ~ our floors are hardwood but do require additional attention.
